are the specific details regarding CCA Nationals 2008.

Set Up Time: Wednesday, March 5, 4 PM–10 PM, Cabarrus
Arena, Concord, NC
There
will be a Vendor Check-In area in the Arena Lobby during this time.

Show
Times: Thursday,
March 6, 8 AM–5:30 PM and 7–11:30
PM (optional)
Late
registration for teams will take place 8-10 AM.
During the 7–11:30 PM event we will be giving out door
prizes.
Please let us know immediately if you will have items
to be given.
We must receive these when you check in on Wednesday
in order to be included & recognized.

Registration for Nationals is $195 for
the booth and $40 for electricity
(optional). You may register:

Booth
Info: Your
Nationals booth will consist of one space 10 ft wide by 8 ft deep.

ft pipe and drapes at the back and 3 ft pipe and drapes along the sides
One
draped table and one chair will be included.

you need additional booth space other than what you have already reserved,
please call our
office immediately at 1.877.243-3722.
All
booths are assigned by CCA and are located in the Foyer/Concessions Area
outside the
main entrance to the Performance Arena.

you need to mail any packages to the event, you will need to address it as

Accommodations: There are
a number of hotels available in the Charlotte area (see below).
Tell,
them you are with Christian Cheerleaders of America.
Attendance: We
have between 750-1,000 participants. We
expect 3,000+ in attendance including parents, administrators,
fans, friends and other non-participating schools who
are coming to observe.
Items
to be sold: As indicated in our flyer, the following items cannot be
sold by any vendors as they conflict with our own
Spirit Store items: T-Shirts of any type, shorts, scrubs, pants, cheer shoes. If you have any questions
about any of these items we sell and want to be sure
that they do not conflict, check our website at www.cheercca.com
and click on Spiritstuf. DO NOT BRING CONFLICTING
ITEMS. You will not be allowed to
display or
sell them and no refund will be given. ALSO NOTE:
No food can be sold (samples may be given).
Dress
Code: Because
this is a Christian competition and our clientele are young ladies and men from
Christian high schools
nationwide, we require conservative, professional dress. No shorts. No bare mid-riff clothing or torn jeans.
No visible piercings with jewelry except earrings for
women only. Clean cut. No long hair for men. Anyone
not abiding by this dress or conduct code will not be
permitted to exhibit & no refund will be given. No smoking
or alcohol.
College representatives presenting scholarships on Friday night should
wear church attire. You will
be permitted one (1) person to attend the
banquet. (Please let us know
immediately if you plan to attend).
