The cost of this booth is $299 for 3 days, then $235 for each additional booth, need electricity? no problem, for $75 you will be powered up!

At the Crown Coliseum Complex
This opportunity allows you a promo video of your product on the big screen AND an opportunity to hand out some promotional material or free merch!
If you are a vendor, we need your payment of $299 (plus $75 for electricity if needed) by January 31 in order to confirm/hold your space.
Payments received after Jan 31 will be $345 per booth. If you have specific booth request spaces, please let us know.
Set up date: Thursday, Feb 27, 2025 3 pm – 10 pm
Late set up: Friday, Feb 28, 2025 9 am – 2 pm
Tear down: Sunday, March 2, 2025 – 6 – 11 pm
Show hours:
Friday: 8 am – 11 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 10 pm
Sunday: 8:30 am – 9 pm
